Richmond Ramirez, MD, FAAFP
Board-certified family physician
He earned his medical degree at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in 2011. More than twenty years in medicine have followed.
Before moving to Nevada he served as medical director of a federally qualified health center in Rhode Island, and taught in the Kent Family Medicine residency program from 2015 to 2020, where his focus was procedural instruction — teaching the hands-on skills that family physicians use every day.
His clinical interests run from preventive medicine and chronic disease management to obesity medicine, clinical lipidology, menopause care, aesthetic procedures, joint injections for pain management, LGBT patient care, and substance use treatment. He founded Kutis Medical Aesthetics in Nevada in 2022, and has spent the last five years working in obesity medicine and aesthetics alongside his primary care practice.
The certifications stack rather than scatter. Obesity medicine, clinical lipidology and menopause care all sit on the same metabolic ground, and he was certified by The Menopause Society in 2025 — which is why weight, cholesterol and hormonal change can be handled in one relationship instead of three referrals.
Alongside clinical work he completed an MBA in Healthcare at George Washington University and an Executive Master's in Healthcare Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He speaks Tagalog and Spanish in addition to English.

Three practices, one physician.
Each service line trades under its own name, and each has its own scheduling system. The medical judgment behind all three is the same.
Inspirada Primary Care
Primary Care
The same doctor, year after year, watching the same numbers — instead of whoever happens to be free that week.
Enrich Medical Weight Loss
Medical Weight Management
You have probably tried before. This time it is medical treatment — chosen around your history, adjusted as you go, by a doctor board-certified in obesity medicine.
Kutis Medical Aesthetics
Medical Aesthetics
Looking like yourself on a good day, not like work has been done. Assessed and treated by the physician himself.
Book with the physician who will actually see you.
Pick your service line and you will be routed to the right scheduling system — or skip the portals entirely and call.
